Our Operation Centers

Connect International LLC is based in the United States, and our operations are located in Central America. Specifically we have chosen Managua, Nicaragua and Panama City, Panama as two of the most educated and business friendly environments to locate our operations including our offshore staffing solutions.

The work is performed within modern facilities, with standard security protocols (i.e. site security and biometric entry controls.) The facilities are also supported by a back-up generator in the unlikely event of any occurrence that may result in a temporary loss of power.

Communications is conducted over broad bandwidth fiber optics lines. Voice and data flow freely resulting in high quality voice communication and no latency with data flow to help achieve success with our offshore staffing solutions.

Meet Our Team

Juan Montealegre
President and Co-founder

Juan Carlos Montealegre was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. Juan is the Current President of Connect International. He has a degree in Global Business with a mention in Finance. He started one of the first collections agencies in Nicaragua during the late 1990’s, CAFIN, S.A. Before this agency most of all the collections efforts were done by attorneys.
Juan has been in the Account Receivable Management for over 15 years. At Connect International he has overseen the growth of the company from 10 positions when the company first started in 2007 to over 250 currently.
Juan Currently lives in Nicaragua, he is now pursuing a Law Degree.

Ken Rubin
Co-founder

Ken Rubin, CPA is the Managing Partner of Connect International, LLC., a leading contact and BPO outsourcer.  Ken joined the accounts receivable management industry in 2000 with Bonded Collection Corporation, where he gained experience in call center management, and added to his skills in in helping customer outsource critical processes effectively and smoothly.  Ken sold Bonded Collection Corporation in 2012 to Hollis Cobb Associates, Inc., where he continues as their Chief Financial Officer.

Ken received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Iowa where upon graduation joined the firm of Coopers & Lybrand and obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation in Illinois.  He later returned to school where he received his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.   After graduate school Ken relocated to the west coast and worked at Intel Corporation in various finance role including his contribution on several product development teams.  Ken finished his career at Intel as the Finance Controller in their Flash Products Division.   During his tenure at Bonded Collection Corporation he earned his Masters of Jurisprudence from Loyola School of Law. 

Ken was instrumental in launching several successful endeavors including an enterprise software program for the ARM industry and a debt buying fund. Ken is a sought out advisor to folks within the Accounts Receivable Management industry and leads presentations at industry events. 

Ken resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his family (both human and dogs.)

Lori Cameron

General Manager

Lori Cameron was born in Glasgow, Scotland. Educated in Scotland and London, earning her degree in Electrical Engineering from University College London.

Lori was a project manager for G.E. Communications, she was recruited by Stottler Stagg Technologies Inc., as their Project Director. 1995-2007 she co-owned ENPAT, a patent license and enforcement company; successfully winning a case against Micro-Soft.  Lori co-owned and operated Arizona Mobile Access Technologies from 2005-2013.

Lori is an active member of Rotary International, chairing many committees; participating in overseas outreach projects, which includes administering Polio Vaccines, wheelchairs, building tuberculosis hospitals in Mexico, representing   Phoenix Rotary 100, Lori was President of Huachinera Arts and Cultural Center in Sonora, Mexico, 2012-2015.

As General Manager, she is responsible for business growth, overseeing daily operations and client satisfaction.
Lori has three boys, six grandchildren and her horse Kitty.

Ana Valladares
Operational Manager – Nicaragua

Ana Marcela is the operations manager for Connect International; overseeing staffing management, resource allocations, production, performance and client services, for our Panama and Nicaragua Centers.

Previously; Ana Marcela Valladares was an investment advisor at The Official Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) known as PRONicaragua. This agency has positioned itself as one of the most dynamic and respected IPAs in the region, having been ranked the #1 Investment Promotion Agency in the world by the World Bank’s Association of Investment (WAIPA).  During her 8 years in PRONicaragua, Ana has helped contribute to the attraction of over $1.1 Billion of foreign direct investment and helped generate over 44,000 jobs between the years of 2008-2015.  As promotion manager for services, Ana successfully aided in attracting a total of $253 Million of FDI and helped generate 5,139 jobs for the outsourcing sector.

Ana resides in her hometown Managua, Nicaragua with her loyal companion Joey.
