Connect International

Connect International’s goal is to become the most user-friendly vendor in your company’s portfolio of vendors. Here are some of the highlight of working with Connect International.


Connect International charges one low flat monthly rate for each agent on your project. The cost is all inclusive, and it includes all connections and communication. There are circumstances where clients may require specialized equipment, and if that is the case we can procure it locally and pass-through the costs at the actual amount.

Pricing is skill-based, meaning higher level job functions will be priced accordingly. It is very usual for our customers to see a savings of 40% – 60% from their current cost structure!


Our contracts require no long-term commitments. We have a nice track record of longevity with our clients. However, we realize our clients’ businesses change which requires them to change staffing – both up and down.

No Minimum

There are no minimum heads to start. Most of our clients start with a core group of 4-6 agents to get a nice representative sample of our capabilities.


Connect International hires agents with the same strict standards as your office. That includes reference checks, background checks as well as any other customized criteria our customers require.


Connect International trains all agents on the core skills needed. If the position is related to accounts receivable, we train to the core courses from ACA International. Client specific training will follow Connect International’s core training. Training is conducted by our professional training staff.


Connect International wants our work relationship to be pain free, and that begins by starting off on the right foot. Starting a relationship with Connect International is very easy. As a broad-stroke, there are the steps:

  1. Lets discuss your needs and make sure we are a proper fit for each other
  2. The scope of work is documented in a short service agreement and will use that as a backdrop for a kick-off call
  3. During the kick-off call we will discuss our IT connection (and get our IT folks together); how we will staff our team (experience level of the folks); training plan, and timing of all the critical milestones
  4. With the planning underway, we will agree on a go-live date, and set regular meetings to touch base along the way
  5. Go-live!! As the project starts we will have regular meetings to make sure all work is going as planned.

Most projects can go from conception to Go Live within 45 days.
